these guys are trying to do their part to help with big problems (global-warming, oil shortages, etc.), and it actually seems like it can be effective. especially if they are getting people to ride their bikes. i know for me, at least, a flat tire or other small problem can be all the excuse i need to drive instead of ride my bike.
